These terms govern your use of venomracing.co.za (the "website"), operated by Venom Racing, 58 Industrial Crescent, eMalahleni, 1034, Mpumalanga, South Africa. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Workshop services are also subject to the job card, quotation and any written terms you sign at the workshop. If those conflict with these terms, the signed documents apply to that work.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful, personal and business purposes related to our services. You must not:
- submit false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms;
- send spam, automated submissions or bulk messages;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its database or any related system, or test its security without our written permission;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website's operation or other visitors' use of it;
- copy, frame or scrape the website, or reproduce its content, except as these terms allow.
We may block access from anyone who breaches these terms.
Enquiries, quotes and bookings
- Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or a contract. We will contact you to discuss your vehicle and, where appropriate, provide a quote.
- Quotes are based on the information available at the time and are valid for the period stated on them. If inspection reveals additional work is needed, we will ask for your approval before doing it.
- Prices on the website, where shown, are indicative and may change without notice. The price on your accepted quote applies.
- Tuning files bought through our online tuning file portal are subject to that portal's own terms.
Performance figures and modifications
Power, torque and fuel figures on the website are examples of results achieved on specific vehicles. Results on your vehicle depend on its condition, fuel, ambient conditions, supporting modifications and other factors, so they are not a promise of what your vehicle will achieve.
Modifying a vehicle can affect its manufacturer warranty, insurance cover, roadworthiness, emissions and noise compliance. You remain responsible for telling your insurer about modifications and for using your vehicle lawfully on public roads. We will gladly advise you before any work starts.
Intellectual property
The website's content - including text, photographs, videos, graphics and the Venom Racing name and logo - belongs to Venom Racing or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not reproduce our content commercially without written permission.
Third-party names and marks, including Dastek Unichip and the brands we stock, belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.
Third-party links and services
The website links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp, social media and our online tuning file portal. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including for maintenance.
Liability
